Configure Project Public Settings

In QPunch, making your project public allows you to share it with a broader audience, fostering collaboration and enhancing transparency. This feature is exclusive and can only be enabled by users with the appropriate permissions. By enabling the “Make Project Public” setting, you open your project to be viewed by all QPunch users involved in your subscriptions, promoting easy information exchange and collaboration.

To configure your project’s public settings, follow these steps:

  • Choose the project you want to make public, and then click on the Project Settings icon.
  • Select the Project Configuration tab to allow you to specify the settings of the project.
  • Toggle the ‘Make Project Public‘ button to enable and allow public viewers for the chosen project.
  • Click the Update button to save changes in the project settings.
  • The project will now be visible to all subscriptions you are involved in, appearing at the bottom of the home page as a demo project to all QPunch users.

Activating “Making Project Public” settings not only broadens the audience, but this feature also enhances the overall accessibility and collaborative potential of your project. Enabling the public setting for your project helps create a more open and accessible environment for collaboration and visibility. By following the steps above, users with the appropriate permissions can easily configure their project’s public settings to enhance transparency and foster better communication across teams.
