Weekends Locked Settings

The Weekends Locked setting lets the user decide if tasks can be assigned on weekends.

  • Step 1: Choose the project you want to configure and click the Settings icon.
  • Step 2: Click on the Project Configuration tab.
  • Now If the Weekends Locked toggle is turned on weekends will be locked in that project.
  • The user will not be able to assign tasks for those days, as the date and hour calculations will be excluded for those days.

Step 3: To disable the Weekends Locked 

  • Go to Project Settings > Project Configuration and turn OFF the toggle.
  • Now you will have the permission to assign tasks on weekends, and the hours for the weekends will also be counted in the task duration.

Conclusion:
The Weekends Locked feature helps managers decide whether weekends should be included or excluded from project schedules, ensuring accurate time planning.
