Release Notes – QPunch Version 36 – 39 (April 17, 2026)

We are pleased to announce the official release of QPunch Version 36-39, deployed on April 17, 2026. This release focuses on improving utilization visibility and enhancing reporting accuracy, enabling project teams and PMOs to make more informed, data-driven decisions with greater confidence. 

What’s New:

  1. Enhanced Overall Utilization View

The Overall Utilization module has been enhanced to provide a more comprehensive and consistent view of resource utilization. Users can now view both Actual and Planned hours in a unified Actual/Planned format, ensuring alignment with other reporting views across the system.

Users can compare planned versus actual effort more clearly through visualizations, while a detailed table view provides the ability to analyze utilization by project and by user for deeper insights.

2. Executive Report Date Alignment

The Executive Report has been enhanced to ensure consistent alignment of project start and end dates across all views. Dates in the Executive Report now dynamically reflect the same values as the Gantt chart, Project Details, and Progress Reports.

This improvement eliminates the need for manual adjustments and ensures that all reporting outputs present a single, accurate timeline for each project, improving reliability and reporting efficiency.

Bug Fixes

We’ve also addressed various bugs to improve the overall stability and performance of the app.
