Step 1: In the Iteration Lane, Start and End Date is shown to determine fixed duration of the Iterations cycle. You can update when changes happen.
Iteration percentage shows the overall progress percentage of task totality in the Iteration Lane.
Iteration percentage is calculated based on the task completion in the Iteration Lane. You can click on the task and update progress.
You can toggle to update task progress to 1oo% once completed. Same goes to another task in the Iteration Lane.
The Iteration progress shows 50% percentage considering other tasks under App Rel2 are not 100% completed. Once all tasks are 100% complete so does progress percentage.
Hourglass image shows the total planned hours of all tasks in the Iteration Lane.
Add all the tasks planned hours to calculate. Open each task and see planned hours. Refer to the image below.
The number of tasks created under App Rel2 is reflected in the Iteration Lane.
Step 1. Click on the Create Iteration bar to record new Sprint in the System.
Inside Create Iteration box, the list of Iteration Types is shown. Iteration Names and the start and end date are also reflected. Action and delete button are also shown for updating Iteration.
Step 2. Click on the + sign to create new iteration.
In the Add Iteration box, you can create new title, set start and end date, and choose default type.
New added iteration is reflected in the list.
Step 3. Click on the + sign parallel to action to create new Iteration Type.
You can add new Iteration Type inside the box and click check button to save.
Added Iteration Type is reflected after saving information. Click close button to close box.
Each iteration is typically a self-contained unit of work, with its own set of requirements, goals, and deliverables. These smaller iterations make it easier to manage the project, track progress, and make adjustments as needed
